Who We Are

Meet Our

Leadership Team

  • Ashley Dobbins

    CHILDRENS DIRECTOR AND FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR

Ashley moved to Cashiers full time in March 2020 from Greenville, SC. She first visited CCOTV in March of 2021 and made the decision to join because she felt the messages are both thought provoking and a truthful teaching of God’s word. She enjoys the worship music and the people are welcoming, open and honest, and this made CCOTV feel like a true church home.

In the summer of 2021, Ashley began volunteering in the kids ministry. Seeing the joy in the kids when they talk about Jesus, she decided to continue doing it every week and eventually leading the ministry. She seeks to create an interactive and fun learning environment where they feel comfortable to ask honest questions about Jesus, engage with each other, and be themselves with their church family.  Ashley has loved building relationships with each of the kids, being apart of their journey learning about Jesus, and watching them grow in our church community.

Ashley currently works as an accountant for a major corporation and, starting in January of 2025, agreed to be the Financial Administrator for the church as well as the Children’s Ministry Coordinator. She lives in Glenville with her dog Fern and loves hiking, cold weather and traveling.

  • Isaiah Breedlove

    WORSHIP LEADER

Isaiah has been playing music since he was 14. He is an accomplished guitarist, sings, and also composes. He is currently the worship leader at Christ Church of the Valley, and has been with our church almost since its beginning, in 2007. You can also catch Isaiah playing at one of the venues in town throughout the year. Isaiah came to see his need for Jesus after having come to the awareness that without him, “life had nothing to offer”. His favorite scripture is Psalm 91. He and his wife Amber were married in April of 2018. They have two girls, Birdie and Elsie.

  • Woody Futrell and Peter Pakola

    CHURCH CUSTODIANS

Both Woody and Peter are big blessings to our church. They sacrifice much of their time to make sure everything is running smoothly and properly. If there is a problem, they can fix it! We are very thankful for both of them.
